Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at

· Photos of the item
· Photos of the packaging, if applicable
· A brief description of the issue
All damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contacting us does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit, except where required by applicable law.
Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Delivered Packages
Bilal Dawson’s Store is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Order Cancellations
